“Those years in practice are why Amplifire exists.”
Government Law College · Columbia Law School
Jenna trained at Government Law College, Asia's oldest law college, and later at Columbia Law School. She spent 17 years practising law, including as global legal counsel, before moving into media and communications. Those years in practice are why Amplifire exists. She spent nearly two decades around professionals whose work was excellent but whose visibility never matched it, and it stayed with her long after she left the courtroom. She later built The Daily Lawyer for the legal profession, and Amplifire is that same instinct, applied more broadly: helping people whose work deserves to be understood, not just delivered.

Varun Krishnan
“Turning something unclear into a plan that actually works.”
VJTI · IIM Indore
Varun trained as an engineer at VJTI and completed his MBA at IIM Indore, then spent 20 years in corporate roles before co-founding Amplifire. He worked in the CFO's office at Aditya Birla Group, at Tata Capital, as Chief Business Officer at Garware Family Office, and as Head of Vigilance at the Broadcast Audience Research Council, a role built entirely on scrutiny: catching what doesn't add up before it becomes a problem. That's the instinct he brings to strategy now. Twenty years of sitting across the table for funding decisions, risk calls, and growth plans taught him what actually convinces people in that room, and he uses that to turn something unclear into a plan that actually works.
